Locations

Boston Outdoor Preschool Network offers an innovative, nature-based curriculum to toddlers, preschoolers and pre-kindergartners at seven sites across eastern Massachusetts.

Our unique programs foster environmental stewardship and community building, encourage creativity through play-based learning, and model persistence in problem solving. At BOPN, children engage with the natural world—building confidence and resiliency, boosting social-emotional wellbeing, and developing habits of thought for future growth, while finding joy in a delightfully muddy childhood.

“Sometimes, as a parent, you wonder if the school you’re paying for is meeting your educational goals.

Is my child learning something?
Are his daily experiences making him grow?

For me, I wonder, is he gaining confidence? Resiliency? Autonomy? Independence?

For my BOPN student, the answer is a resounding YES! I think, in no small part, thanks to his outdoor school education.”
