Sarah is passionate about nature-based learning, and believes in the transformative power of child-centered education.
Sarah was raised with a deep connection to nature, spending summers camping with her family and exploring her grandmother’s forested property. These formative experiences sparked a lifelong love for the outdoors.
With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, Sarah has worked as both a teacher and director, contributing to leadership teams across various programs. She is passionate about nature-based learning, and believes in the transformative power of child-centered education.
Sarah is excited to support BOPN’s mission of providing equitable access to nature-based early education, and helping children foster a lifelong relationship with the natural world.
