Marley Norton, Milton Sites Director
Marley believes that children are intrinsically motivated, capable, and bring valuable insights to their work and play.
Marley is a life-long learner who is continually advancing their teaching practice.
He recently finished his Master’s degree in early childhood education at Boston University, and also holds Bachelor’s degrees in both biochemistry and German. He’s excited to be continuing his fourth year of teaching at BOPN, and has a variety of teaching experiences in public and private indoor classrooms.
Marley believes that children are intrinsically motivated, capable, and bring valuable insights to their work and play. By learning how to listen and support their curiosity and wonder, children, teachers, and classroom communities can thrive.
In their free time, they enjoy time outdoors, knitting, and making stained glass pieces. They also play tuba and trombone in community bands and parades.
